Location: Horsham, West Sussex
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well established and award-winning financial organisation based in West Sussex. As a Technical Customer Service Advisor the main part of the role will be responsible for providing first class telephone support to new and existing customers and partners. The role will include further aspects after training is complete on the customer service side and this will involve administration tasks and also some elements of technical support.

Experience wise we would be looking for customer service whether that is face to face or over the telephone, or you maybe a recent graduate looking for your first role within an exciting organisation.
As a Technical Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for:
Provide customer support through all communication channels within agreed Service Level Agreements.
Speaking to customers to deliver a structured solutions with confidence.
Continuously develop your knowledge of the industry and regulated customer base.
Demonstrate and deliver exceptional problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
Gain an understanding of the customers business, generate feedback for their technical department by recommending alternative products and services.
Ensure excellent customer service and call standards.
Take ownership of customer interactions and constantly strive for customer satisfaction
Demonstrating the ability to get to know the organisation, and proactively acting upon your intuition.
Showing a genuine interest, level of care and pride about the organisation.
Proactively sharing ideas, and best practice with a continuous focus on improvement.

Seeking continuous feedback for personal development.What you'll need to succeed
Good Customer Service Skills: Treating all customers as individuals, confidently handle queries and show empathy where required
MS Office skills: Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Outlook
Excellent written and spoken language skills: Your role will involve contact with both customers and retail partners, so you'll need to be a confident communicator across multiple channels
Highly organised: You will be managing a range of tasks, so organisation and the ability to plan and prioritise is vital
Empathy: As you are dealing with customers and partners, this skill is vital to ensure the correct level of conversation
Self-Starter: The ability to identify issues and opportunities whilst being willing to tackle them proactively is important
Regulatory: Evidence of working within a regulated environment, specifically banking/finance (FCA, CCA, DPA, TCF)
