Customer Service – Working From Home Job in England
Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for customer focussed people who are looking to work from home, providing technical support for the customers of a national telecommunication brand and household name.
When a customer has a problem with their phone, internet connection or other hardware / software, your job will be to get them up and running again. Full training is provided in the troubleshooting solutions on offer as well as how to book engineers out to the more troublesome calls.
Full equipment is also provided, but employees will need to be able to hardwire into their router (Tipi Links and Booster boxes won’t work). PC, monitors, headset and ethernet cable all provided.
Training is 3 weeks, Monday to Friday and the ongoing operational times are 7 days per week 8am-9pm. You will need to be fully flexible up to 40 hours per week. Non-negotiable.
Successful candidates will have first-class communication skills, empathy and a technical mind. You’ll also need to be self-motivated and happy to take Teams calls with co-workers at any time.
