Job Description
Customer Service/Warehouse Officer
Full time position: 09:00 – 17:00 + lunch break, from Monday to Friday
A leading global manufacturer, are looking for somebody in the Dorset or Hampshire area, with strong customer service experience, to join their friendly team.
The role will suit someone looking to work from home for the majority of time, with a requirement to go into the Wimborne office a few times a month. The role will support the sales team and you will be required to resolve customer queries, deal with orders and dispatches, as well as assisting monthly stock takes in the warehouse. The role will suit a highly organised problem solver, as no two days will be the same.
Skills and Experience – Essential
Hybrid working from both own home and UK Warehouse each week
Located within approx. 30 mins travelling of UK Warehouse
Warehouse / Stock Control / Supply Chain knowledge
Customer Orders / Purchase Orders experience
Stock / Forecasting knowledge preferable
Email / Phone communication with customers and supply chain
Organised and efficient
Proficient in Excel essential
SAP Experience Preferable
Ability to travel to European head office for regular training sessions
