Customer Success Manager.

German speaking customer success manager required for a global cybersecurity role in London. The company is valued over $1.65B and currently has over 1,000 worldwide employees.

The Role:

You'll be managing 50-60 exisiting customers and working closely with Commericial Directors, Account Executives, Subject Matter Experts, Technical Resources and Cyber Threat Analysts. Clients ranging from sports brands,  leaders in motor sports and high end fashion retailors. 

Requirements:

– Have excellent organisational and project management skills, working with high valued customers.
– At least 6 months business development experience with a minimum of a 2.1 degree. 
– Great communication and organisational skills.
