Do you have Data Architecture experience, and are you seeking a new job in Derby? Our client is looking for a Data Architect, and the role comes with a salary of up to £75k and a great benefits package.
As a flexible Data Architect, you will be a key stakeholder and advisor in the company's strategic data initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisation-wide data strategy.
In your first few weeks in this Data Architect role, you can expect to:
Develop data models that articulate the current and target state for key business systems
Build and maintain appropriate architecture artefacts including entity relationship models, data dictionary and taxonomy to aid data traceability and ensure the enterprise architecture repository is kept up to date
Architect data analytics solutions on cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure
Provide oversight to solution delivery in creating business-driven solutions adhering to the enterprise data architecture and data governance standards.
To apply for this Data Architect role, you will need experience producing data models and articulating these to various stakeholders. You will also require the following:
Experience architecting and implementing business intelligence and data warehouse solutions, master data management and data integration
Experience architecting data solutions across hybrid data platforms including cloud migration programmes
Knowledge of modern data and analytics technologies such as Azure Synapse, Data Factory etc
A broad understanding of data engineering and supporting technologies, data warehousing and data transformation processes and supporting technologies (e.g., Informatica, Azure Data Factory, Data Lake).
In return for your passion and expertise, you will receive an excellent benefits package, including a salary of £65,000 to £75,000.
