Job Description
We are currently recruiting an outstanding opportunity for a Delivery Manager to oversee a development programme, and take a lead role in the delivery of this.
Responsibility will be held for;
-Leading the delivery of development works for affordable housing schemes, including; land led, developer led and S106 schemes.
-Assist with the formulation of strategy
-Project Management of Complex Schemes
-Feasibility & Financial Risk Assessment of Schemes
-Line management of a small team of Project Managers
Candidates should have significant experience of the management of housing developments, experience of the management of development and planning processes, excellent budget and financial management skills.
