Job Description
Agile Delivery Manager / Scrum Master
My client, a leading energy trading platform provider in London, are looking for an Agile Delivery Manager / Scrum Master with a passion for complex problems and analytical products for several of their Data Engineering and Risk teams. Consuming huge amounts of data each day, this Fintech company allow traders to monitor their commodities, securities and investment at scale and in real-time.
Experience –
* 2+ years working as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Delivery Manager
* Have experience working in a product driven setting and ideally Monte Carlo or Risk exposure
* Applied Agile knowledge,
* Process and framework experience, beyond facilitating ceremonies
* Be confident when highlight risks, dependencies and delivery issues
* Strong communication skills
* Experience with digital transformation
* Strong estimation, definition of workflow and JIRA expertise
* Stakeholder management skills, particularly with product and delivery ‘heads of’
Creating greenfield set of products, these teams plan to add a wealth of functionality to existing systems as well as new products to an already market leading suite of financial tools, aimed at data analytics, trading and risk.
