Design Coordinator
Design Coordinator – a leading privately-owned contractor is recruiting a Design Coordinator to join the growing team based in Mansfield. This is an excellent opportunity for a Design Coordinator to join an award-winning design and build contactor delivering projects from £5m – £25m across the Midlands and the North.

Key Duties:
– Strive to eliminate health and safety risks in the design and financial risks during construction
– Report to the Head of Design highlighting potential problems, or anything requiring attention.
– Appraise the competence of sub-contractor tender submission to ensure compliance.
– To assist as appropriate the preparation / submission of pre-qualification documents.
– Provide technical back-up support to site staff, estimators, buyers, as necessary.
– Site visits for surveys, soils investigation and site levels, as necessary.
– Procure / identifying opportunities for work and apply to tender.
– Attend pre-qualification interviews and meetings, as necessary.
– Produce regular design progress reports.

Salary & Package:
– Basic salary of £35,000 – £45,000 (DOE)
– Company Car or Allowance
– Company bonus scheme (10%)
