JOB TITLE: Customer Service Advisor – Workload and Planning (Spares)
SALARY: £23,279.00 (+ANNUAL BONUS OF UP TO £1,500.00)
HOURS: 39.5 per week
LOCATION: Belper

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL NEED:
" Experience ordering replacement parts for manufacturers, ideally boilers.
" Good level of geographical knowledge.
" Interpersonal and great communication skills.
" Experience using SAP or Salesforce is preferred.
" Confidence, great customer service skills and a positive attitude.
THE ROLE:
" Provide support for engineers, customer services and sub-contractors on which replacement parts are required to complete a successful repair.
" Order the appropriate parts efficiently.
" Manage the email inbox and handle enquiries appropriately.
" Liaise with third parties to ensure the correct parts are being ordered for replacement.
" Order parts and keep records updated using the SAP and Salesforce system.
" General diary management and administrative duties
