My client is looking for a Director of Planning to join their specialist independent consultancy in London. They are a multi-disciplinary consultancy working within all areas of the property market including the residential, commercial, retail, education, and leisure sectors, as well as providing expertise on a range of infrastructure projects in the minerals, waste, and energy sectors. They work on both small scale and large scale including major redevelopment projects, tall buildings, and regeneration schemes.
Qualifications and Experience:
MRTPI Qualified for a number of years
A Town Planning track record
Excellent client relationship building and management
Broad range of experience, including the management of residential and commercial applications
Self-motivated and ambitious with ability to motivate others
Strong communication and presentation skillsBenefits:
