Job Description
Our client is an independent domiciliary care company providing care around Greater Manchester.
They are on the look out for a Registered Manager to work as partner to the Director to take the business to the next level.
The Company:
Deliver bespoke homecare Greater Manchester
Value carers and clients leading to a full office team and great retention rate in the business
Covering (Apply online only) hours of care working predominately with Local Authority clients
Currently maintaining a ‘Good’ in all areas of the CQC inspection
The role:
Work within and maintain the quality management system for the organisation and to adhere to the CQC standards and regulations
Maintain a high-quality service working in partnership with colleagues to manage and support all services
Ensure the delivery of safe, personalised services to each individual service user through assessment person centred planning and regular outcome focussed reviews of the service.
Ensure compliance with development & training, supervision, probation & appraisals policies
Required competencies:
Previous experience as a Manager – Desirable
Achieved Level 5 in Health and Social Care – Desirable
Worked in line with CQC regulations
Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience within Domiciliary Health Care
Ability to work under pressure
Driving licence and own vehicle is essential
