Job description:
This warm and welcoming school based in Lewisham is seeking for an Early Years TA. They are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual that can help the teacher run the classroom. The TA must have experience within an Early Years setting. The ideal person will be flexible, confident, and able to work as part of a team.
The successful applicant will:
Be able to support the nursery and promote their ethos
Support the children in their learning and encourage growth and independence
To deal with challenging behaviour in a calm and patient manner
Create and follow daily session plans that meet EYFS
Build trusting, respectful relationships with children, families, and other team members
Offer consistency and reliability
Believe that all children deserve equal opportunities and encourage them to exceed expectations
