About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a Performance Marketing Manager who will own Moasure’s paid advertising strategy, primarily across social media. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small but growing team behind a truly unique and revolutionary technology that’s making a huge impact across multiple industries worldwide. 
  
Role and Responsibilities

Own the development and hands-on implementation of the multi-channel paid advertising strategy, across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and others
Ensure cost-effective acquisition and retargeting ad campaigns across our global markets including USA, Europe and Australia
Work closely with marketing team colleagues to coordinate new ad creatives, producing briefs for new video collateral, ad copy and website updates where necessary
Respond to comments to generate engagement from new and existing customers
Stay abreast of updates to platform algorithms, continuous reviewing of campaigns metrics to improve return on investment
Analyse and communicate performance, provide insight on campaign and ad creative trends
Research new and upcoming channels, implement campaigns where appropriate   
Key Requirements

Passionate about paid advertising with an awareness of the latest trends on all of the leading social media platforms
3-5 years of experience in paid social media marketing management for a brand (or similar agency experience)   
Desirable

eCommerce/D2C experience
Experience in social media marketing to tradespeople/professionals (e.g. building/construction, landscaping, architecture)
Genuine interest in technology (training on Moasure’s products will be provided)
