About the Academy – English Teacher
This is an Academy on a clear mission to continue their steep improvement under the direction of the Head appointed in 2016. Previously a deputy at the school he has consistently and continuously made small changes on all levels to lead to a huge transition. The English department is ambitious and buoyant, and a key part of the schools progression strategy with attainment in English being a main focus for the school.
Role requirements
Experience of teaching English in a Secondary School environment
QTS or NQT, desirable but not essential
Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
