NonStop's Client, a local authority is looking for several Family Case Workers/Social Work Assistants to join their team. With this position, you get the opportunity to develop your career in social work as you benefit from regular and quality supervision while being well compensated for the work you do with a pay rate of £15 – 18/hr.
As a plus, this role is flexible with hybrid working arrangements and it allows you the opportunity to manage your own work diary and hold a caseload all without being micromanaged.
The Role: Hold a manageable portfolio of cases where your role would play a lead role in advocating for families and ensuring they are signposted to effective support.
Requirements: To be shortlisted for this role you must be willing to learn and have had experience with children and families. You must also be able to work in the job location.
Those who have had experience in a statutory setting, previous support roles or have experience holding cases are desired, but it is certainly not a must.
