Job Description
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Production Manager.
Our client is looking for a Production Manager or Assistant Production Manager looking for the next step in their career.
You would be working for a fast growing, successful, niche market designer and manufacturer who supply their products globally.
The requirements for the ideal Production Manager candidate include:

Significant experience of managing and developing a diversly skilled production team.
*
Able to plan and manage the production of products, from parts receipt to full product delivery, ensuring that production and despatch targets are met.
*
Experience of maintaining manufacturing standards and procedures, and identifying opportunities for improvements in efficiency.
*
Experience of purchasing of parts, including handling individual supplier negotiations.
*
Good IT skills, especially in use of MS Excel.
*
Previous experience in assembly / electronics or engineering / manufacturing.
The Production Manager role is full time, 40 hours per week, 8.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
This Production Manager role has a highly competitive Salary, plus company Bonus; and company Shares for the right candidate.
