Job Description
CMA Recruitment Group is currently working with an attractive growing brand based in Bournemouth, Dorset, who have the requirement to recruit a Financial Controller on a permanent basis. Working closely with the Finance Director and various Operations Managers, the successful candidate will have significant influence in helping to grow the finance function in line with wider business requirements brought on by continued growth.
What will the Financial Controller role involve?
Management accounts production including budgeting and forecasting;
Regular P&L, revenue and stock reporting;
Ensure statutory compliance including VAT returns;
Detailed analysis on budgets vs actuals in addition to KPIs;
Daily management of a small transactional finance team.
Suitable Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be ACCA / CIMA or equivalently qualified;
Experience working in the hospitality sector is very beneficial;
Experience working in a similar Financial Controller role is required.
