Job Description

I am currently working with a busy Local Authority who are looking for an experienced Housing Benefit Assessment Council Tax Reduction Officer to join their team! This exciting opportunity will offer you the potential of a long term position within this Council and it’s team.

The position will be for a rolling 3 month period with the likelihood of the extension provided you can demonstrate your ability to complete the role to a high standard.

In order to be successful for this role you will need to have previous experience processing housing benefit and council tax claims. Experience on systems Northgate and Information@work are also essential in order to hit the ground running within this position.

With the Council currently remote working, you would be able to complete this position from the comfort of your own home. With interviews being held virtually and the equipment being couriered you could secure a new role all from the comfort of your own home!
