Job Description
Role: Fitter / Welder
Location: Wolverhampton
Hours of Work: 7:00 – 16:00 Monday – Thursday / Friday 7:00 -12:00
Pay Rate: £12 – £15.50 Per hour (Depending on Experience)
Mainstay Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Fitter / Welder on behalf of a well-established company based in Wolverhampton. As a Fitter / Welder you will be required to Fit and Weld various parts for hydraulic and pneumatical lifting systems for vehicles.
Duties of the role:
* Fitting various Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems
* MIG welding where required
* MIG welding 2mm – 12mm material
* Setting up Welding equipment
* Read and work to technical drawings
* Heavy lifting parts to correct positioning
* Overhead Welding
* Preparing and mounting onto Chassis
Candidate Requirements:
* Good attention to detail
* Able to read and work to technical drawings
* Experience of MIG Welding
* Fitting Experience
* Solid work history
* Happy with heavy lifting
* Reliable
* Punctual
Hours of work:
* 7:00 – 16:00 Monday – Thursday / Friday 7:00 -12:00
