Job Description
A brand new opportunity to join a M&E Service provider who are currently recruiting for a Foot Mobile M&E Maintenance Engineer to work across a handful of sites in the West End & City of London. This is a immediately available role paying a salary of up to £40,000 per annum with a zones 1 & 2 Travel card phone, tablet included. Overtime available and fantastic opportunities to progress within the company, this is an employer who prefers to invest heavily and promote from within.
Job Role:
You will be working Mon-Fri, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Carry out routines unsupervised (PPM and reactive), diagnose and repair faults on electrical and mechanical building services (L8, AHU maintenance, fire alarms, lighting testing, lighting repairs, pumps, motors, heating system fault finding and awareness (Heat exchangers, actuators, pipe work)
Relevant work experience includes but is not limited to;
* HVAC plant
* Fire Alarm testing
* Water temp testing
* Electrical inspection works
* Pumps
* Cooling Towers
* PPM schedules
* Generators
* 3 Phase power supply
* UPS
* AHU’s
* Boilers
Skills Required:
The successful candidate must have:
* Trade trained with at least 3 years experience in the building services trade
* Electrical City & Guilds qualified
* 17th/18th edition – preferred
* Must be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role
