The Company:
Our client is a well-established British company with international business with suppliers and clients all over 50 countries.
Main duties:
To be the first point of contact for customers and delivering the highest standard customer experience.
The Role:
– To create and maintain a strong relationship with new and existing customers
– To check all of the relevant information and process orders
– To provide quotations and pro forma invoices
– To maintain information on the company database
– To support the business across all departments
– To create product spreadsheets
– To resolve product or service problems
– To promote sales via phone and emails
– To occasionally attend international trade shows
The Candidate:
– Fluent in French (written and spoken)
– Knowledge of German language would be an advantage
– Computer literate MS Excel knowledge is essential
– Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics would be an advantage
– Previous experience customer service, sales or export support within Manufacturing company or B2B is essential
– Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
– Confident, proactive & dynamic
