Fund Monitor- Consultancy
London; Private sector clients
Circa up to £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. Plus benefits package.
Our client is a private consultancy who are looking for Fund/ Bank/ Project Monitors across a range of abilities. They are looking for someone who is either a Fund Monitor, or a chartered QS wanting to move into a fund monitoring role. They are looking for people who are analytical and driven.
About the role:
You will be a Senior Fund Monitor working with funds and lenders across the construction industry. The role will include preparing technical due diligence reports for a variety of projects, liaising and engaging with key external stakeholders and site visits. The end goal is for the client to bolster their fund monitoring team and this person could have the opportunity to build a team around them. They are based in and around London, with the flexibility to work partly from home.
Ideally, our client is seeking the following:
* Experience Fund Monitor OR a chartered (MRICS) Quantity Surveyor/ Cost Manager
* Preparing and delivering technical due diligence reports
* Comfortable with site visits
* Experience dealing with Senior Stakeholders and able to be client facing
* Ability to work independently
* Chartered or equivalent University degree
* Eligible to work within the UK
