General Operative Job in Brandon, Suffolk
Job Description
We are looking for General Operatives to work in Hollowcore concrete factory in Brandon.
Full-time position.
General Operative working hours are;
6:00 starts (but can be 6.30 am if travelling on the train from Thetford)
Flexible finish time – between 4.30 pm and 5.00 pm.
All hours worked Monday to Friday are paid at a basic rate.
Voluntary overtime on Saturday morning is paid at 1.5 (as long worked minimum 42.50 hours in the week).
General Operative pay rate;
The basic rate is £11.75 per hour incl.hol.
Additional information;
* The morning tea break is 15 minutes (paid) – normally around 9 am.
* Lunch break is 30 minutes (unpaid)- staggered and around midday.
* Need to wear appropriate working clothing (long trousers).
* Steel-toe-capped boots are required, but all other PPE will be provided.
