We are currently seeking applications from experienced Consultants to join our team our help achieve our ambitious growth plans.
The Role:
We are looking for recent graduates that have a desire to succeed and contribute to the success of our company.
You will develop, grow and generate new business through direct sales activity and candidate management in line with the office and Trilogic Recruitment business plan. Ensure all clients, candidates and colleagues receive an experience in-line with the Trilogic Recruitment promises.
Business Development.
Obtain appointments, attend client meetings and sell the services of Trilogic Recruitment.
Network with candidates to obtain referrals and leads for new client business, while promoting the name of Trilogic Recruitment.
Proactively develop new business opportunities by identifying and developing relationships with prospective clients.
Grow business via expansion of existing clients.
Be proactive in marketing candidates to clients.
Provide sales leads to the Sales Team.
Proactively cross sell Trilogic Recruitment services and products to new and existing clients.
Gather competitor information to enable Trilogic Recruitment to sell effectively service.
To obtain full booking details (including all necessary H& S information) and person specifications from clients maximising each opportunity for placements.
To ensure all clients have signed Terms of Business and that all rates are in line with Trilogic Recruitment's expectations.
To maintain an accurate database by regularly updating worker and client profiles.
To arrange and attend Client Service Visits.
Requirements
Person Specification:
Ideally, a minimum 2:1 Degree
Good academic background
Excellent communication skills.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
Ability to prioritise and manage own workload.
Reliable and well organised.
Proactive.
Sound business ethics and integrity.
Able to work well under pressure.
Able to work within company procedures and standards.
Team player with a flexible and confident approach to work.
Ability to influence people, sell ideas and concepts and gain commitment.
Strong understanding of industry and markets.
Able to negotiate effectively.
