My client has an awesome opportunity for a Graduate or a Graduate with experience in the field of Project Management within the property sector. The projects focus on the Health sector based in Bristol and the South West.
The projects are many and varied, providing amazing exposure to some of the biggest projects in the region as well as some of the smaller everyday work. You will be working as part of a team that has great depth of relationships and you will be keen to piggyback of this and develop your own relationships. You will be kept incredibly busy meeting clients, taking project briefs and delivering outcomes.
You must be happy working in a hybrid environment where the team meets twice a week as well as for client meetings.
What you'll be doing:
representing Employer's throughout the full life cycle of projects.
undertaking feasibility studies, option appraisals, cost plans and business cases.
working as part of an integrated project management team
construction stage project management, monitoring progress against programme, assessing costs for works completed and ensuring quality.
working to meet Health and Safety and overall project quality objectives.What we're looking for:
degree in engineering, surveying or project management
some industry experience preferred
excellent oral and written communication skills
