Job Description
System safety engineer | 6 month initial contract | £40,000 – £50,000 | Remote
Experis are delighted to be partnering with one of the largest engineering companies in the world. They are currently looking for multiple System Safety Engineers to come in and work on aerospace components for some highly interesting and secretive projects. The key to the success of this role is to have prior background working with reliability analysis engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
Reliability requirements analysis
Safety requirements decomposition
Reliability Block diagrams (series and parallel modeling)
Failure Modes and Effects and Analysis/Failure Modes & Criticality Analysis (FMEA/FMECA)
Fault Tree Analysis (FTA)
Functional Hazard Analysis (FHA)
Weibull analysis
Reliability predictions (MTBF, failure rates, MTBUR)
Reliability Growth Curve
Reliability Demonstration
Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT)
Must haves:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Multiple years of experience in a reliability or system safety role
Knowledge of aerospace components such as valves, regulators, life support systems, and environmental control systems is a plus
Contract details:
Duration: 6 Month initial contract (likely to be extended further)
Location: Remote
Pay: between 40,000 – 50,000 (dependant on experience) – paid on PAYE system
Start date: ASAP – Flexible
