SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Head Of Operations based in Nottingham.
We are looking for an Head of Operations to join a fast-paced super passionate team with one of our key clients!
It is essential you have previous experience in a Operations role to be successful.
You will have experience in managing operations of a manufacturing business. You will be responsible for all aspects of the business including, warehouse, production, installation, supply chain (local and international).
Required Technical Expertise
– Extensive operational background with a commercial focus
– Strong cost management skills including driving efficiencies, planning, risk management and accounting processes
– Build, log and maintain all supplier relationships
– Map and maintain end-to-end production process
– Warehouse management and maintenance including layout and new facilities
– Inventory management and bi-annual stock take
– Warehouse health and safety
– Develop and maintain Quality Assurance plan (for stock coming in and going out)
– Manage build and install schedules (local and international)
– Ensure product capacity matches sales demand
– Experience in managing technical purchasing of equipment
– Work with the technical team to deliver bespoke product installs
– Manage operations change management
– Help assess customer sites to determine install readiness
– Full clean UK driving license
You will be proactive, self-motivated and have a strong attention to detail and accuracy!
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08.30 am – 5.00 pm
