Job Description
Job Role: Production Operative
Location: Huddersfield
Salary: £9.50 – £10.00 per hour
XCL group are working alongside a diverse company who are looking for people to join them, at a production site in West Yorkshire. This opportunity offers the potential of long term employment, looking for individuals who are reliable and have a great work ethic.
Hours:
Monday – Friday 7am – 3pm
OR
Monday – Thursday 3am – 11pm and then Friday 1pm – 7pm
Responsibilities:
* Maintain good standards of housekeeping and legible records
* Using machinery to produce building materials.
* Includes some manual work
Note: Some of the parts and stock may be heavy, therefore part of your role will involve heavy lifting as well as being on your feet throughout the shift.
The ideal Candidate:
* Experience working within an manufacturing environment, running / operating machines.
* Attention to detail
* Ability to follow instructions clearly
* Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
* Can work on own initiative
* Have own PPE (safety boots/ high vis vest/ facemask)
