Job Description
Zeus Personnel are currently recruiting for a Hire Controller for our client based in Birmingham, West Midlands.
They are looking for an experienced Hire Controller ideally with knowledge of tools, plant and access. Candidates must have a ‘can do’ attitude and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
Successful applicants will be dealing with clients from the initial enquiry stages through to quotation. Supporting the Hire process, taking incoming phone calls in a professional manner to ensure clients receive the best customer service, managing key accounts and clients along with general Hire Controller duties. All customer queries and orders are dealt with by the Hire Controller. A proactive approach should be demonstrated when investigating further business opportunities with both new and existing clients.
