Job Description
The Leader Group have a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Children's Residential Manager in Ely.
The role involves:
overall day to day running of a small 6 bed home for children and young people with varying needs including social, emotional and behavioural needs
ensuring compliance with Ofsted and regulatory requirements
meeting all budgetary, regulatory and service development targets
responsibility for providing a high-quality service, both in respect of client support and employee engagement
effective occupancy management; co-ordinating referrals and assessments
leading investigations as required; participating in audit requirements and ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered toFor this role, you will need to have:
NVQ 5 in Children and Young People or equivalent qualification
Strong management and communication skills
