Job Description
We are partnering with Ward Consulting in their search for a new HR Advisor to join their team. The role will be home based except when needing to meet clients.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
* To provide onsite and remote HR support to existing and new clients
* To support the team with additional HR administrative tasks
* Recruitment – sourcing (direct and indirect) and screening/interviewing candidates, managing the candidate and client experience, recruitment administration
* New hire administration – contracts and new starter paperwork
* Benefits – supplier procurement and ongoing administration and management
* Handbook and policy creation
* Creating LinkedIn content and management of Company website and social media
* Business development activities and networking
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience within a similar HR position
* Strong communication skills
* IT proficiency
* Relationship building skills
* CIPD qualification would be desirable but not essential
