HR and H&S Manager
Coventry
Interim
24 hours per week
Up to £34,000 per annum FTE
The Role:
The HR and H&S Manager will be responsible for managing worker & management KPI’s, keeping training records up to date, arranging inductions, conducting appraisals and reducing current sickness levels.
The HR and H&S Manager will be expected to deal with any grievances within the business and get these resolved to the best outcome.
Working with an external provider to keep all risk assessments within the business up to date and then in the future policing the risk assessments to minimise risk to the business from a H&S perspective and reduce the current accident record.
The HR and H&S Manager will be managing the business recruitment including any direct recruitment or recruitment via a preferred supplier agency. You will be writing new and reviewing existing descriptions for any future recruitment requirements and you will be involved in the interviewing and selection process for the business striving to up skill the work force.
The Candidate:
The successful candidate will have proven experience in HR management and worker & management KPI’s, training record maintenance, dealing with inductions, appraisals and managing absence levels.
Any experience with H&S and risk assessments would be ideal.

The company are a Coventry based sheet metal business who supply to an array of industries including automotive, aerospace and defence.
