Job Description
Role: HR Data Manager/Analyst
Location: London
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join one of the most prestigious universities in London. Ranked within the top 350 Universities in the world, according to the QS World University Rankings, it is undoubtably a fantastic opportunity to develop your own skills whilst working in a rewarding environment.
Specifically, this role will involve:
The analysis of staff data with the aim to suggest recommendations to the University on aspects such as departmental restructuring and hiring policy.
Communicating directly to the committee and the Head of Strategy, Policy, Diversity and Equality, presenting your analysis using visualisations and recommending changes based on the trends uncovered.
The use of visualisation tools to create high quality reports to present to the committee.
What we're looking for:
Background – Experience working with data concerning people in previous positions.
Technical Skills – Highly skilled and confident with using Tableau, proficiency with Power BI is also welcome. A detailed knowledge and understanding of MS Office with some skill in Share Point.
Communication – Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate technical terms into simpler sentences so those unexperienced can understand.
Workability – Comfortable working in both a small team and individually, the ability to work under your own initiative is critical.
