Salary: £50,000
We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Manager to join an extremely successful property management company offering services to UHNW clients in London. Salary £50,000 plus benefits & one day working from home.
This position requires someone who considers themselves an HR Generalist with five years’ experience working in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have fantastic communication skills, they will need to be confident and be able to use their own initiative. Experienced as a human resources generalist, with demonstrable experience in employee lifecycle management, HR administration, HR policies and employment relations.
Desired Experience, Qualifications and Skills:
CIPD qualified or degree in Human Resources Management.
Ability to think on your feet with excellent judgement and decision-making skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Knowledgeable in employment law
Organised and detail orientated
Understands how to handle, resolve and escalate enquiries
Confidentiality and strong integrity is critical
