Job Description

HR & Payroll Administrator

25 hours flexi or 35 hours

Northampton (Hybrid once trained)

Monday to Friday

£24,000

You will support the UK Head of HR and UK HR Business Partner in the provision of a first-class service in respect of:

HR related matters
Payroll related mattersThey are very flexible with the hours and can accommodate school hours or full time hours.

Key Responsibilities for the HR & Payroll Administrator include:

Management of two monthly payrolls via outsourced Payroll Specialist
Undertake all payroll activities such as processing of starters, leavers, changes to terms and conditions of employment, overtime, attachment of earnings, adjustments etc
Sole Management of Time and Attendance System, creating new starter profiles and extraction of data for payroll purposes
Dealing with all employee queries relating to Payroll, Time/Attendance and related systems
The completion of payroll and finance reconciliations as required, and liaising with the payroll service provider and finance of statutory reporting and documentation.
Ensure the timely and accurate issuing of payslips and other payroll generated documents such as P45's and P60's
Liaise with all departments, divisions and colleagues to collate all relevant payroll data for input on a monthly basis in line with strict deadlines
Creating and Maintaining Personnel Records and general HR administration
Other Adhoc Tasks, such as Driving Licence Checks, Ordering Uniform/business cards and responding to Fine/Penalty Charges

Skills and Experience required from the HR & Payroll Administrator include:

Previous experience within an administration role
Highly numerate with good attention to detail
Ability to use own initiative with a can-do attitude
IT Literate including Excel and Word
