Experienced In-House Non-Contentious Property Solicitor sought in Nottinghamshire on a full-time basis with hybrid working opportunities.
Our client, a boutique property company based close to Mansfield, is seeking a talented in-house solicitor to utilise their skills within non-contentious property. Handling a wide caseload to include enfranchisement and leasehold matters, the successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with an enthusiastic approach.

Responsibilities
Handling a caseload of non-contentious property matters
Right to manage
Leasehold properties
Collective enfranchisement
Using the Land Registry Portal
Drafting legal documents
Reviewing leases
Lease variationsThe Candidate
A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1 years’ PQE in a similar role
Previous experience of working within non-contentious property is essential
Experienced in handling own caseload
Strong IT skills
Enthusiastic and flexible
A strong communicator both written and verbally
Strives for high standards in their work
Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
