Job Description

Here at Randstad, we are working closely with a Financial Services organisation who are currently looking for an Azure Infrastructure Engineer for a 6 month contract. This role is a hybrid role, 3 days in office.

Your New Role

This client is looking for someone who has previous experience working as a 3rd line support analyst with end user system and application experience. The role includes:

* Implementing required AD and Group Policy changes.

* Carry out routine checks of the ICT Infrastructure, using the management tools available

* Backing up and recovering both virtual machines and user data.

* Lead and deliver 3rd line operations/business roadmap projects

* Troubleshoot and remediate infrastructure issues

Technical Skills Required

* Experience working with Azure Cloud

* Experience with Bash/Python/Golang scripting

* Configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting VMWare ESXi infrastructure

* Management of Firewall Policy and VPN configuration

* Configuration of wireless networks and Switch configuration (CISCO)

* Previous experience of working in a 3rd line IT Staff Support role working with end user systems and applications

Pay Rate

£300-£400 per day inside IR35
