Job Description
My client is seeking an Invoice Coordinator who will support in the investigation of customer invoice queries through to resolutions
Key Responsibilities
Input customer invoice queries received by telephone or in writing
Investigate queries, calculate any credit due and recommend credit value where necessary, in particular specific credit reasons
Work within specified timescales for resolution of Invoice Queries within allocated locations or team requirements as workload dictates.
To complete daily & weekly log sheet of work processed
Any adhoc duties as requiredSkills
Good understanding of Excel
