Job Description

IT Technician – Full time – Vauxhall, London £28,000 – 2 Year FTC to Perm

Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory/Azure AD, Citrix, IOS/MAC, Service Now, MS Teams, VPN, Remote Support

Available full time shifts (37.5 hours p/w)

* Monday to Friday – 09.00- 17.00hr

We are seeking a Senior IT Technician to work on long term 2 year FTC working on site in Vauxhall, London. Managing a variety of tasks/queries both over the phone and face you will be the first point of contact / support for Internal Staff & Users. You will be responsible for basic and more complex user issues ranging from simple password resets and access rights through to complex profile builds and connectivity issues.

Following agreed procedures, you will take accountability and identify, prioritise, register and categorise incidents. Diagnoses incidents according to agreed procedures. Investigates causes of incidents and seeks resolution

Technical Skills required

* 2013/2016/Office 365

* Windows 10/11 (IOS and Mac OSX advantageous

* Experience using call logging system

* Knowledge of Citrix

* Active Directory / Azure AD. Adding/Deleting users assigning OU’s and access rights

* GPO

* MS Teams – Remote logon/ Support etc

* Citrix

This is an excellent long term opportunity where permanent work will also present itself if you wished to move into a perm role and opportunities to progress into other teams
