Job Description
Your new company
A successful engineering company in Dungannon who manufacture pulleys. They are an extremely reputable and innovative company in Tyrone. Due to their continued success they have a requirement to expand the quality team.
Your new role
Responsible for verifying product conformity using measuring equipment and visual inspection techniques to ensure all requirements are achieved. This involves reading and interpreting technical drawings, measuring product, compiling inspection check sheets and completing accurate records. The role also includes responsibility for some basic Manufacturing Engineer tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have 6mths to 1 years' experience as a Junior Quality Engineer. Experience working in an engineering manufacturing environment. Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team with good communication skills. A working knowledge of ISO 9001, handling non-conformances/ defects from initial response to immediate correction. Proven experience of inspection and knowledge of welded assemblies.
