Job Description
Background –
Here we have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Nurse to take over in a new position and help drive the nursing team at this practice onward! It's a great chance for a Practice Nurse who is experienced with leadership or management responsibilities to take the reigns of a small but close-knit team of nurses and HCAs.
You will be able to utilise your own leadership style and work closely with management and the Partners at the practice, to ensure that the nursing team is firing on all cylinders and delivering exceptional care to all patients!
Salary – £45,000 – £50,000 per annum + NHS pension + 4 weeks annual leave + BH
Location – Croydon area

Full-time Lead Nurse over five days per week
Balance between leadership and clinical aspects to the role
