Job Description
Housing Association in Nottinghamshire currently require a Lettings officer on a temporary basis initially for 3 months.
Job Purpose:
Duties include:
* Appointments and viewings
* Showing potential tenants around properties
* Meeting new tenants and signing them up
* Providing any Housing related benefits experience to support rent payments
* Risk assessing
* Lone working
* Updating computer systems
* Previous housing association experience
* Using Northgate would be ideal or similar package, confident using computers Excel, Outlook and Word.
– PAYE – £13.80
– UMBRELLA – £17.00
– 37.5 HOURS – MON – FRI 9AM – 5PM
– HYBRID WORK
