Job Title: Litigation Executive – Public Law
Location: Sheffield
Contract: Full Time or Part Time, Permanent
Salary: Negotiable (DOE)

CRA Legal are recruiting on behalf of a reputable regional law firm. Our client is looking to hire a Litigation Executive to join their renowned Civil Actions and Public Law Team, in their Sheffield Office
Role & Responsibilities:
Running a busy caseload including complaints against public authority, police and institutions
Supporting clients through the initial claims management process, providing consultations and expert legal advise relating to their claim
Running files from initial enquiry, working to establish liability and negotiate settlements
Supporting during court appearances, hearings, appeals, inquests and judicial review
Overseeing and allocating administrative duties within the department
Working closely with a senior figure within the business with day-to-day support within the department
Required Attributes:
Applications welcome from fee earning legal assistants / paralegals
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive, with experience running a civil actions or public law caseload
Previous experience in litigation is required
