Job Profile for M&E Consulting Engineer
Our client, a Commercial Property Consultancy, based in Bristol and seeking an M&E Consulting Engineer to join them due to a long term member of staff retiring. The M&E Consulting Engineer will be responsible for surveying and assessing the condition of M&E systems in commercial building across the UK. The position will also involve instructing contractors and advising on costings relating to this. Site visits will be around once a week to once a fortnight.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience working on M&E systems, with a knowledge of commercial buildings, our client are open in terms of the candidate's background etc. The candidate will also need to be based within commuting distance of Bristol, hold a full driving licence and be willing to travel for work.
