Job Description

Maintenance Engineer – Foot Mobile | City of London | £36K + all travel paid

Are you a qualified electrical or mechanical engineer? Do you have experience working within the commercial maintenance industry?

Due to company expansion, we are currently recruiting for a range of Mechanical or Electrical Foot Mobile Engineers to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a cluster of commercial office premises.

Hands on duties will involve (dependant on skillset): electrical fault finding, lamps, ballasts, LED lighting, decorative lighting, emergency lighting, control panel maintenance, security access panels, fire alarm tests, first line faults to induction motors, tap temperature readings, filter changes/coil cleans to Air handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), filter changes to AC split systems, 1st line faults to chillers, boilers etc, basic plumbing (taps, washers, blockages etc), basic fabric duties when required. BMS monitoring, temperature changes etc.

Package:

* £36,000 basic salary

* Travel card paid for, zones 1-6

* Paid overtime available

* Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 as standard.

Requirements:

* City and Guilds Level 2 (or equivalent) is essential (Electrical Installation, Mechanical Engineering, Air Conditioning, Plumbing etc)

* City and Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) is preferable (Electrical Installation, Mechanical Engineering, Air Conditioning, Plumbing etc)

* Experience working within commercial maintenance.

* Able to travel to London on a daily basis.

* Strong communication skills.
