Job Description
Our client specialises in the installation of energy-efficient measures for domestic houses with an annual turnover of £30m and 50 employees/100 subcontractors. Services include air source heat pumps, solar panels, and internal wall installation. Due to sustained growth, they are looking to recruit a Marketing Manager to join their team.
You'll be responsible for delivering sector and product strategies through sales driving and brand-building marketing plans across their commercial portfolio through targeted multi-channel marketing activities and campaigns, including brand building, lead generation and industry influencing, you will be supported to drive business growth. Duties & responsibilities to include:
Create marketing strategies and ensure consistent delivery of both proposition and product messages
Lead the planning and execution of multi-market campaigns, including coordinating inputs and asset briefings
Develop an understanding of past campaign/channel performance to advise future planning
Measure and track the effectiveness of campaign activities
Create marketing plans and identify the audience, key messages & channels
Help to determine lead generation goals and progress.
Researching and analysing market trends and competitors. Desired skills:
Google Ads experience
Social Media experience
Lead generation experience
Pref Eco/fuel poverty experience
