Job Description
Material Handling Engineer required. My Client is a leading supplier and service provider of a range of material handling equipment such as pallet trucks, lift trucks, order pickers and stack trucks. They are now looking to hire an experienced MHE Engineer based locally to Dartford to bolster their Service team. The ideal candidate will have pervious MHE experience, will be strong in Fault Finding, Diagnosis and Repair and will be based locally to Dartford.
Material Handling Engineer – Dartford Position Overview
Troubleshooting, Installation and Maintenance on Material Handling Equipment
Preventative maintenance and field modifications
Maintaining Tools and Test equipment and ensuring proper calibration
Managing repair of parts and assemblies
Maintaining open communication with Workshop control
Travelling to customer sites around the Dartford area
Material Handling Engineer – Dartford Position Requirements
Previous experience working with Material Handling equipment
Experienced with Fault Finding, Diagnosis and Repair
Hydraulic and Pneumatic experience beneficial
Any specific experience with Pallet Trucks, Stack Trucks and Order Pickers beneficial
Prepared to travel regionally with the role
Full UK Driving licence
Based locally to Dartford
Material Handling Engineer – Dartford Position Remuneration
Salary £30,000 – £35,000 DOE
Company Bonus scheme dependant on targets
29 days holiday inclusive of public holidays
Company Van and fuel card
Monday to Friday 07:30 – 17:00
Overtime available at time and a half
