Job Description
Client: Following a period of sustained growth within the healthcare and commercial sectors, my client is looking to expand their operations team by hiring a mechanically focused Operations Manager. The business boasts an enviable track record and was named "Specialist Contractor of the Year" in 2021. They have significant investment in London over the last 2 years and have proven their intent by purchasing a brand-new HQ in Central London.
Role: Mechanical Project Manager – London – £380.00 per day DOE
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a new College building in Stockwell, South London. The project has 12 weeks left with £6milllion M&E services needing to be installed. This is a delivery led role to ensure this project is delivered to the highest standard.
Responsibilities:
* Design review
* Problem solving
* Coordination of Subcontractors
* Quality Assurance
* Commissioning management
* Commercial management alongside the Quantity Surveyor
* Health and Safety
* RAMS
* RFI’s
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience working within the Science and Education sector
* Experience in a senior management role
* Have significant experience delivering projects through project completion
