Job Description
Role – Mobile AC Engineer
*Location – North West London
*Company – Major Player in the FM sector.
*What you get in return – £40,000 + Van, Fuel Card, Progression, Overtime & Training.
*Shift Pattern – Monday-Friday – 8:00am-5:00pm
A well-established FM firm who are renowned for their staff retention and prestigious contracts are currently recruiting for a Mobile AC Engineer across several sites in the public sector around North West London.
This reputable company are big believers in promoting staff internally and are currently looking to add a strong AC Maintenance Engineer to their mobile team.
General works would include service & maintenance
This is a demanding contract in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
*Ensuring the efficient and effective operation, maintenance and repair of the sites plant, equipment and services.
*Respond to Building Management System alarms and emergency repairs as needed.
*Issue and ensure appropriate controls within the permit to work systems.
*Ensure that suitable spares are available to carry out maintenance of the above plant.
*Compliance with and record keeping for quality management system, ensuring compliant logbooks are in place.
*Organise and assist in reactive repairs to the sites M&E systems.
*Attend site and carry out reactive repairs as required.
The ideal candidate will be AC qualified, minimum to a Level 3 and have a CAT 1 F-Gas.
