Job Description

The Role 
My client provides vital services that help people to live better lives. We’re looking for an experienced Plasterer/Multi-skilled operative to join our in-house repairs team and help us deliver a high-quality repairs and maintenance service to our residents.
 
What’s the role?
This role will carry out maintenance and repair work to our ongoing projects, within voids, responsive and planned works. We do ask a flexible approach to hours worked and ability to respond to emergencies and out of hours calls, this will be on a six-weekly rota.
 
What are we looking for?
The successful candidate will have relevant experience of working within responsive repairs and/or housing environment and experience of working as part of a team. Your day to day duties will include;

surveying jobs
Finding and repairing faults across a range of works such as: Carpentry, Plastering, Tiling, Painting and decorating.
A full driving license and a satisfactory basic level Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check are essential for this role.
